Wendy Benedetto is currently with Mirambell Realty and began her real estate career in 1998. She started her journey with Latter & Blum, where she built a successful 26-year career and became a top-producing agent in her office for many of those years. Through her dedication, local market knowledge, and commitment to her clients, Wendy has become a trusted and respected name in the real estate industry. In 2021, Wendy founded the Benedetto Power Team, expanding her business and creating an opportunity to mentor Realtors who share her passion for client service and success. She continues to serve buyers and sellers throughout the New Orleans Metro area and the River Parishes with the same professionalism, drive, and personal attention that have defined her career.

Wendy’s leadership extends far beyond real estate. She served 8 years as a St. Charles Parish Council Member, followed by 5 years as Council-at-Large, helping support projects that improved the parish for local families and residents. She has served on many boards over the years and currently sits on the River Region Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as well as serving as President of the Board of Directors for A Safe Place of St. Charles.

A Destrehan resident for 38 years, Wendy is deeply rooted in the community. She and her husband raised 3 children there and now enjoy life with their 8 grandchildren. She has long been involved in local recreation, school, and community organizations, including the Destrehan Booster Club, St. Charles Parish Recreation, United Way, and relocation efforts for plant workers and families moving into the area.

Wendy’s lifelong connection to the community, paired with decades of real estate experience, gives her clients the advantage of working with a trusted local expert who truly understands the area, its people, and its growth.
